Bio
Kaitlyn Yost is an attorney in the Greenville, South Carolina office. In 2023, she graduated from Charleston School of Law with a Juris Doctor. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational and Innovational Management. Kaitlyn practices family law and has experience guiding clients through the trials and tribulations of the court system. She understands how difficult this process can be for some and is dedicated to ensuring her clients feel heard and respected throughout the process. Kaitlyn’s business background has instilled a teamwork mentality when it comes to facing problems. She feels a strong obligation to communicate clearly and efficiently while also respecting her client’s emotional well-being. Kaitlyn is admitted to practice in South Carolina.
Experience & Scope of Practice
Prior to joining Collins Family & Elder Law Group, Kaitlyn practiced as a litigation attorney in Summerville at a boutique firm. She has represented clients in custody, divorce, visitation, child support, separate support and maintenance, third-party custody, adoption, and grandparents’ rights.
