Bio
Kristin works with various departments, from sales & marketing to our paralegal team and billing to help guide the day-to-day interactions with current and potential new clients. In her role, she is a sounding board for clients that need an extra person to lean on, guides our potential new clients through the retaining process with our firm and is happy to help anyone to get a project or task accomplished. Kristin is based in our Monroe office.
Education & Experience
Kristin was born in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and later moved to Union County, North Carolina. She has lived in Union County for over 25 years and is an alumnus of Forest Hills High School. After graduating high school, Kristin attended Stanly Community College and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Prior to joining Collins Family & Elder Law Group, Kristin worked in different roles involving customer service, where she gained valuable leadership skills, the value of teamwork, and her passion for helping people. She joined Collins Family & Elder Law Group as a paralegal and moved into a Client Relations Administrator role in 2022. With her paralegal background and over 15 years of customer service experience, she uses her knowledge and understanding to help guide our potential new clients through their journey.
Personal & Professional Activities
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also loves spending time with family & friends on the lake, at the beach, or by a bonfire.
