Stacy Rice
Bio
Stacy is based in the Firm’s primary office in Monroe, NC. Stacy works closely with the marketing and sales team, as well as balancing 12+ attorney calendars for scheduling consultations. Stacy accompanies our clients from the first time they contact our office, through intake, consultation, and onboarding.
Education & Experience
Stacy was born in Wisconsin and moved to Union County, North Carolina. She has lived in Union County for 4 years and is an alumnus of Case High School. After graduating high school, Stacy attended UW Parkside in Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Collins Family & Elder Law Group, Stacy worked in Law Enforcement, where she gained valuable leadership skills, the value of teamwork, and her passion for helping people. She joined Collins Family & Elder Law Group as a Client Engagement Specialist role in 2025. With her 30 years of Customer Service experience, she uses her knowledge ,understanding and compassion to help guide our potential new clients through their journey.
Personal & Professional Activities
Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband and her senior fur baby. She also loves spending time with family & friends and getting out on her Harley Davidson Street Glide.
