We have an extensive administrative infrastructure, including billing, sales, concierge, new client intake, and firm administration. From legal development to case law to trial strategy to lunch and learn sessions, we believe in coaching our team to success. We also value giving back to the community and host workshops and presentations in both family and elder law, allowing our team to grow their network and skills.
As a Law Clerk or new Attorney, we ensure mentorship and professional development are prioritized, and have an ongoing advancement program for Attorneys throughout their years with the Firm.
